I can’t speak highly enough of PPK9. My rescue dog and I have been going there 2 years this Fall. He started in daycare as I have to work full time and his needs required him to have supervision. We were originally training at another recommended place by my vet. We were struggling in our training with his constant frustration and fears. I utilized the Doggie Day School one week for training and I noticed a difference in his demeanor and behavior quickly. The trainers were giving me tips and tricks to practice at home. I have been bringing my one year old black lab here since we got him in the spring last year. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and treatment he receives when there. We took puppy training classes with Meghan which were great and I use their day care services 1-2 times a week to break up his week while we are at work/school and have him socialize with other dogs. If I say "do you want to go play with the puppies" he will come running and will not even sit still to put on his leash which is typically not the case. I truly feel the staff treat him like family and never worry about him when he is there. I am going to be leaving for a vacation and am so happy I know he will have a safe, fun place to stay with lots of love and care. I highly recommend K-9 Performance and cannot thank t

Someone I greatly respect told me to check out this establishment. I called and spoke at length with Megan. The "trainers" were in class: I left a straightforward message asking to be called back, she assured me either the owner or a trainer would call me back when class ended... It is now 2days later, I call again and suddenly a manager is available to talk to. I will never refer anyone to this dog facility.

I take my two dogs there for agility, daycare, and general training. They also offer boarding, grooming, and many other classes such as nosework, trick dog and competition obedience. I really recommend the puppy classes as well as the CGC course. They've helped tremendously with getting our shy dog out of her shell!
