Tierney has to be the most passive aggressive rude manager I’ve met. I called last night 9/27 at 5:36 pm to ask about a return as I didn’t have a physical receipt but a rewards receipt. The gentlemen was nice that helped , my tank was sealed and never used I just got a different pet than planned. I was told on the phone that my return was perfectly fine and she was very kind and said they have 90 days so I agreed that was perfect and came in today and was greeted by one heck of a manager. I tried to state I wasn’t trying to argue but she wouldn’t agree to do the exchange on good faith and was asking all around for the employees name whom I spoke to , to most likely yell at them. That is not a manager who works for the company or the people that’s a manager who works for themselves. She is

Helpful staff... delightful... they may not have what you need in stock... it may be the vendor issue but the staff is always helpful and pleasant. The have a good point system too.. get coupons and specials.

I will never ever shop there again. My purchase was denied for insufficient funds, i was short by $3 dollars, so I asked to take an item off and then pay for it.But I couldn't, because the store took all of my money on my debit card and won't give it back.They told me maybe within twenty four hours.It might be back on my card.But as of right now, my dogs aren't eating tonight. I have heard of a gas station putting holds on money but never a store

My corgi got a nasty fungal infection from using the self wash station. Either they’re not properly diluting shampoo, letting it sit for more then 24 hours or not bleaching out their bottles/tubs in between clients.

A nice local pet store with great staff. They are very personable and helpful. The store often has good sales and always has good prices. Supplies for all small pets, rabbits, dogs, cats, fish,birds, hamsters and other rodents.
