Bristol County Animal Clinic-Jenna Dale, D.V.M

After learning about the dangers of pyometra, I decided to buy my 5-year-old pug more years and have her spayed rather than leave her health to chance. Even so, it was a difficult decision, so I researched every clinic within a 35-mile radius 😆. The facility was clean and professional, and the staff did a phenomenal job addressing all of my questions and concerns. Yuri’s surgery went very well. Post-op care was my biggest concern, and they did not disappoint—they kept her for the day, followed up with a check-in call the next morning, and encouraged me to call without hesitation if anything arose. That level of communication demonstrates genuine care for their patients and pride in their profession. They won my confidence. Great job.

I have nothing but great things to say about Bristol County Animal Clinic. They have taken such great care of both our Shih Tzu dogs. From the front staff to clinic staff, nothing but kind welcoming people who want to help. We had an emergency with one of our dogs at 4 pm, they got us in at 5 pm, immediately saw him and helped us. The front desk woman who I spoke to, was extremely caring and helpful during a stressful time. Great people, highly recommended. Thank you for all you do.

We love Bristol county! We have two labs that have been in and out for various reasons and they always are accommodating. Everyone there is more than helpful, friendly, and compassionate. I never feel like they are pushing anything on you. They have same day appointments available all the time which you never have to wait to bring in your pets. All of the vets, and techs we have seen including the front desk staff are amazing.

I cannot recommend Bristol County Animal Clinic enough. Dr Dale and her staff were phenomenal. They responded immediately when I emailed them with a concern about my pet when she was sick and got me in right away while also working with my teacher schedule. They were very kind, knowledgeable, and completely understood my situation. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for my little Cleo! Beautiful facility and reasonably priced too!

Great team. In the end my dogs issue was resolved. Was unhappy with the fact I called the day before close to an hour before they closed and I was told they cant schedule anything until that next morning. But then after the appointment I was charge 90$ for same day visit. Kinda scammy if you ask me. Tried to schedule it the day before but you guys wouldn't do it probably so you can charge the 90$ extra. And that 90$ for a same day vet visit made it seem like it was hard for them to schedule it. Place was completely dead. One person leaving as I showed up and nobody in after me and nobody in after I left so definitely not busy by any means
