Shelves are fully stocked, the store is neat and tidy and has everything you could possibly need. We just adopted our sweet kitty today and this was our one stop shop! The cashier was absolutely wonderful, too. We will definitely be back!

Carrying plenty of dog and cat stuff. But not other animals. Only one type of ferret food, thats expensive and not a very good blend of food. No selection of toys or products for any other type of pet. They used to be a great place for hard to find pet foods or items. Now its just like any other big box chain. Just not worth the prices for the items carried. Its getting to the point its just easier to order online and not waste the time to go in to the store. So disappointed, I used to go in just to see the lastest pets and supplies. Because the run the mom and pop style pet stores out of business. Id love to get those stores back again. Just so I could special order supplies. And actually have knowledgeable people to talk to.

Older white lady working the register could use some people skills and based on a few other reviews I’ve seen I’m not the only one. She was very rude and snotty. I don’t know what it takes to have that attitude and work with a bunch of adorable animals everyday but here we are. Otherwise it’s not a bad store the rest of the staff seem a lot more friendly

So on Sunday. Today I had an appointment with Sarina to have my Yorkie groomed. Listen I am NOT IMPRESSED. She did a very poor job on my Wesley. Hair was un evenly cut. I paid Xtra for his nails to be trimmed and they were still long he was supposed to get a Teddy bear face and it WAS NOT!! And she actually said oh let me know if I need to touch him up on something... Well I didn't respond because I knew it wouldn't make a difference. And she charged me 75 for a haircut that I probably could have done myself. But I did notice that other puppies were cute. What actually happened when it came to my fur baby??. I would NOT RECOMMEND her to anyone. Next time I will go with another groomer who actually cares. All I got to say....BUT GOD!! MS.P.

We love all the rewards we get for buying the things our cats love and need. They have a great deal on toys and always have the brand of wet food that our cats eat and we always find a good deal onntreats as well.
