Pet Paradise Pooler

We had boarded our Scrappy over the weekend and had a pleasant experience & will definitely use Pet Paradise again! Everyone was informative, nice, the atmosphere felt very welcoming. We got to see Scrappy on the camera in the play yard, we received a report card and some photos during his stay. Scrappy was happy as he could be 😊

Yogi & Bella started day care & boarding soon after the opening. They loved it from day one & still do. We are very pleased with the level of personal attention and care they receive. We highly recommend Pet Paradise Pooler to everyone & have several family member dogs who are huge fans as well!

I really wanted to try again and hope that things were better. After today, clearly not. I couldn’t find my dog on camera for 20 minutes. When I called I was told he had “overheated”. Admittedly he’s marked as heat sensitive for high temps in summer. Today it was 66 with a real feel of 58, overcast and misting. They had put my dog in a room right about the time I called and I was told they keep them there for 30 minutes. I picked him up before noon. He was scheduled to stay all day. Then I stood there and listened to how he was panting and couldn’t cool down and was over heating. He’s a retriever. He has a thicker coat. Maybe he was panting because he was playing and running around? Maybe he was a little anxious or overwhelmed? But overheating? No way. And if was overheating, why was h

Luna and Alexa had a blast at Pet Paradise! We loved to watch them on the pet cam during thier play breaks! We could see how much fun they were having with all the other doggies thier size. Highly recommend pet paradise!

As the year comes to an end, I am still unable to process finishing it without my beloved dog after trusting Pet Paradise on June 2nd. I miss my dog every single day, and I live with the regret of having trusted this facility with his life. My dog passed away while under their care. We were never given access to the facility’s surveillance footage. The company only covered the costs of cremation and the autopsy. The autopsy report stated that the cause of death was heat stress, a condition that could have been prevented with proper care and monitoring. Reviews can be removed, but facts and accountability cannot. I am sharing my experience so other pet owners can make an informed decision before leaving their pets here.
