I recently completed a dog training course at PetSmart with Amanda as our trainer, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Amanda is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to explain not just what to do, but why it works, which made a huge difference in understanding my dog’s behavior. No matter how many questions we asked, she always answered with kindness and encouragement. Her calm energy really helped both the dogs and the owners feel comfortable and confident. Throughout the course, I saw real progress in my dog’s listening skills, focus, and overall behavior. By graduation, the improvement was noticeable, and I felt much more confident as a dog owner. I bring my pug Ellie to get groomed by Karen. Karen is absolutely wonderful! Ellie looks fantastic every time I pick her up. Ellie also is very scared of the groomers but Karen makes her comfortable & when I pick her up she looks so happy. Thank you so much Karen!!!

What I would LOVE to know is why won't you sell a tiny, under $1.00 fish because we don't have a 20 gallon tank, YET you have a bunch of fish in maybe a five-gallon tank? According to the store's policy, per the manager, their policy is that they will not sell you a fish if you do not have a 20-gallon tank. So if your store doesn't even come close to following their own policy, why do you not let someone take one tiny fish? Makes no sense. You have a policy and you don't even follow it! Please, if you are so strict, I insist that you make sure each fish in your store has a 20-gallon tank. I would love for a reply from corporate on this one. Happy to provide pictures!

Overall this place is pretty good. Could be cleaner but i know it can be tough to clean up when people are bringing their pets in so that’s really not a big deal to me. They do tend to reorganize things quite a bit. Seems like every time I need to buy poop bags, they are in a different spot which can be a little frustrating. The grooming place is alright but if you walk in for nails it’s a 50/50 shot if they will even be able to do it for you but you can’t schedule an appointment for nails. If it weren’t for the frequent reorganization I would give 5 stars.

Easy in, easy out ... at times, there has been a line at the register, though. But for the most part, I've been in -n- out. They carry just about anything & everything I've ever needed from owning fish, cats & dogs for the past 30 yrs. Requiring scheduling, they have a grooming dept. on site, too. Ample parking.
