Absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end ordering a custom bioactive enclosure for my crested gecko. The staff are very knowledgeable and skilled with reptile husbandry. They were able to answer all my questions regarding the process promptly, and were communicative throughout. The terrarium came out even better than I’d hoped, and the staff who delivered it were very kind and courteous. I’m very glad I entrusted NEHERP with building my vivarium over my other options which would have been a little cheaper, but wouldn’t have compared to the quality and overall aesthetics I received. Traveled an hour to get to this gem. The neatest little herp // plant shop around. Staff are absolutely great, knowledgeable & just super cool dudes. They sell darts frogs, variety of lizards, crabs & mossy toads. Just amazing little creatures. Highly recommended 💯

I have never physically been to the store as I live out of state, but I have ordered from their website. Their selection of product is vast, prices are good, quality of items is great. I found they had great prices/quality in cork bark! I used several things from them in my tank build including bromeliads, cork bark tubes, cork planters, seed pods, ect. They even have specialty items like glass covers for screen tops to retain humidity. My ONLY complaint is the website layout is a bit weird/dated but honestly it’s in no way a deal breaker, I will continue to shop here for all my vivarium builds!

I ordered online. The service was great! The package arrived so quickly and the tracking was up to date. I had live plants, live clean up crew and everything was as described. The price comparison was the main reason for purchase. I received everything for an 18x18x24 enclosure, plus plants and moss and critters for the same price as other sites that included only substrate and drainage layer. And since I’m on the east coast and so is NE Herp, the decision was clear! Thank you NE Herp. I’ll be back for more!

The go to reptile store. Since being summoned by the bug life, I literally get all my resources from here. Great customer service. Great quality. They take care of their reptiles. Theyre casual people who will answers your questions the best way they can. They'll even point you to the right direction. Nothing bad to say about them. Thank you guys!
