Made an appointment for my dad’s dogs to get baths and nail cuts both at 10:30. Dogs were dropped off on time and 45 minutes later my dad gets a call that his dog needs to be picked up because he’s drooling. The dog is a bluetick coonhound… anyone who has a brain knows coonhounds are known for drooling. Apparently they put the dog in a cage and said they would be leaving him in the cage for 2-3 hours. Why was the appointment for 10:30 if they weren’t washing the dog at 10:30??? Very unprofessional and rude. Don’t take your dogs here especially if they do things like drool (normal dog behavior) would give it 0/10 if I could.
Been going here for years, i used to go with my dog (R.IP), and his nails looked so much better they are quick and efficient. I go with my 2 kittens now and they are so gentle and quick with it, i always give a nice tip for them. They are always so sweet with me and the cats. Will be going here for all future fur babies app.
