The lady at the register was amazing. She got us discounts on our pet chew sticks. She explained the rewards, signed us up, and gave us a discount. She was very friendly, out going, knowledgeable, and patient. I regret not catching her name. Its very rare to find such helpful people in customer service. She was a natural.

I took my 12y old bichon frise to get the bath and full haircut. They did a great job, and she was happy, not stressed when i picked her up. I will definitely take her back. I think the groomer's name was Alina.

My boy had an ear infection and was treated with the utmost care! A few days later I ended up taking my other pup in and they found he had bladder stones. The vet is very professional along with the rest of the staff! All this took place in Oct/Nov 2024, thank you to all for helping our boys both heal quickly!

We enjoy shopping for cat, turtle, and fish supplies as we also get to see other pets. This dog was amazing and was super chill laying on the cool ground. Everything is well stocked and clean. Palm Desert store employees are very friendly and welcoming. 40 pounds of clay litter for our cat at $8.99 and giving the children a petting zoo feel is always worth our trip!

It was decent. I watched the way they handle the dogs with care while grooming them. Very nice!! However it's best to go when the people are fresh maybe morning I noticed fatigue in the groomers towards the end of the day as expected. I would be tired if I carefully groomed 100 dogs!! Lol.. Way too many for me! Over all I love Pet Smart. Walk-ins are acceptable! A plus for me!! Very easy to navigate and always something nice for pets!!! Slthpugh not all Pet Smarts carry the same variety of items.
