Miriam's Poochella Grooming

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time taking my two little Shih Tzus to Poochella’s Grooming, and they exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment we walked in, every single staff member was kind, sweet, and professional—you can tell they truly care about animals. The entire experience was welcoming and stress-free. But what really stood out was our groomer, Dalton. He took the time to understand each dog’s quirks and listened to exactly what we wanted. For the first time ever, my pups left a grooming appointment completely stress-free and happy. That alone is priceless! We will definitely be back—thank you, Dalton, for taking such amazing care of our fur babies! 🐶✨

I have a very maintenance free dog. She just needs her nails trimmed periodically. But I call ahead and they can usually get her in right away. I have been so happy that when my 84 year old mother asked where to take her old, scared half blind little scary dog. I had her call them. I have to pick her up in Rancho Mirage and take them, as my mom no longer drives. It is worth the drive. They take very good care of her dog.

Called in advance to double check hours and to understand their appointment booking procedure. I was able to book an appointment for later in the afternoon that same. They sent a confirmation text as well as a reminder text. They also called later and said I could come 30 minutes earlier if I could accommodate the time, which I was able to do. I really appreciated that. Brought my dog in about 15 minutes in advance. A nice staff member greeted me and had some time to meet my dog while we talked about what I would normally expect from my prior groomer (I recently moved here so leaving my old groo
