Called for an appointment for my 19 year old cat and they got me in right away …. I have never had a better experience….All previous vets want to sedate her due to her Temperament….. but these guys put on there big boy pants and got her the shot…. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond! Not to mention a follow up call to check on her . Xoxo

I brought my two Cavalier King Charles dogs to Palm Springs Animal Hospital for a second opinion on a dental issue presented by both of them. The diagnosis did not change, however the interaction and education that I received was startling to me. Instead of the scripted nonsense designed to move you along, I was shown and thoroughly informed as to what the problem was and what needed to happen to insure my pets good health. Additionally, I was instructed as to how to prevent future occurrences. The staff also proceeded to point out additional issues that could be better handled such as frequency of bathing to mitigate minor dry skin issues. I am very pleased to have found such a caring, responsive Veterinarian group.

My Border Collie tore one of his pads running in a dog park. I'm from out of town, and a friend suggested the Palm Springs Animal Hospital. They were so helpful with Finn's paw and with my payment methods for my pet insurance. Everyone made my visit comfortable and reassuring. I rate them 5/5 for their service. I trust them with my fur baby, 100%.

I absolutely recommend this wonderful vet hospital. I only recently moved to Palm Springs. One of my dogs got a new growth on her belly that started bleeding late at night - I took her to VEG in Palm Desert, where they diagnosed it as a Mast Cell Tumor that needed surgery asap (but they don't offer this surgery at VEG). I called Palm Springs Animal Hospital, they were able to arrange to see my dog ASAP and schedule the surgery for the next day. EVERYONE at Palm Springs Animal Hospital was so kind and helpful. Dr. Cheng explained everything to me thoroughly and listened to my concerns before, during and after the surgery, and at follow up visits. The surgery was successful in removing the tumor, my dog is happy and doing great. I am so grateful for all they did for my dog, and their compas
