This is the store I typically come to for pet supplies. 80% of the staff is typical very friendly and loves animals, I usually enjoy my visit. During Florida's extreme cold snap (29 degree low) I had an emergency, I was 11 minutes out and the store closed in 10 minutes, (this was a Sunday so hours were different from the rest of the week). I called and asked if they could let me in because I desperately needed something for a newborn baby goat that was JUST born (1 hour old) , otherwise it could have died. Their response: "Our doors close right at 7pm". While I understand that business hours are important, I would have thought that the company as a whole, and the staff, would have more compassion for their community. I came in with a return with the original receipt. I did not have the original card as my identity was stolen and had to have the card cancelled. The worker was very rude and told me I could only get a gift card. If that’s the company policy that is fine, but she completely lacked empathy. I decided to ask for the manager and was very polite about it. The manager WAS EVEN MORE RUDE AND NASTY. She spoke on all other companies and said no other company accepts returns without the original form of payment. I had just left petco to return an item and they gave me cash no problem with the receipt without the card that I payed with. She told me no other company would do that and I don’t know what I’m talking about. I asked if there is any thing she could do as my identity was stolen and Barley

DON’T GO HERE! I brought my little dog here to get groomed by Alex. He shaved a large area around her butt right down to her skin. My poor dog has been licking and crying for two days now. When I spoke to the manager of the grooming department, she kept sticking up for what Alex did and never once apologized, or even offer to refund what I paid for the groom or the new vet bill.

Possibly the worst grooming experience I've ever had. We took our seven-year-old Schnauzer in for a grooming and wash, we got call 4 hours later. They had half groomed him and didn't bother to wash him. So at the end of the day they sent him home saying he was too troublesome and the groomer got stressed out. Abismal!
