The more I look at my cat the more upset I get. Changed it from a 2 to a 1. Nice would’ve been servicing him properly. Grooming Salon - Please be aware… I should have believed the other negative grooming reviews. I gave a 2 because they’re nice. She said he was so well behaved, she couldn’t believe it. He was there for a full cut, bath and groom. When I reached into the carrier my cat was still wet at the bottom and he was shedding worse than when I brought him in. I told her he needed to be brushed and he’s still wet. She took him back and brought him back dry and he wasn’t shedding anymore. He had barely been brushed before (if at all). I have an English Bulldog, and important areas like his face folds and tail pocket were completely overlooked. I ended up having to clean them multiple times myself. Disappointing, especially after paying extra for the "Furmonator" service that is supposed to remove more hair.

Big selection of goods for the animal in your life. The staff was kinda meh, especially the girl that worked there. Tried saying that IG was against store policy to open the animal habitat as I was trying to buy a guinea pig, and said maybe they could if I was buying one....... As they saw my cart full with a cage, bedding, etc in it. She made it a real hassle giving me gen Z liberal vibes when I never had that issue before

Shopping here is good, however, I will not be taking my dog back to this location for grooming. I tipped and they did not do what I asked. I even found some matting on his body, they really do the bare minimum.

Gabby groomed our two dogs today and did a lovely job on both. She was very good and gave them much loving care
