My daughter in law was the one whom got me to start to use these amazing people here at this clinic for my new fur babies. You see I had been staying at my son and daughter in laws house cause I had a house fire an lost my sweet beautiful fur babies. We recently went to Northwoods Veterinary Clinic with a feline dental issue. Long story short, we were overwhelmed by the excellent care we received. Northwoods kept up with our girl from her initial exam to surgery day. They checked in to see how she was doing with medication, etc. The day of surgery, they went above and beyond to find the cause of my kitty’s pain. They truly listened to my concerns and observations and really searched for the issue. Since the surgery, they have followed up twice, making sure she is well. The professionalism, compassion, and above-and-beyond care is something that we had not experienced at other vets. We are blessed that Northwoods cared for our girl. We are thrilled with Northwoods. We needed a vet closer to home as our senior pup needs frequent blood work. Choosing Northwoods Vet was the best decision. Everyone was wonderful, kind, caring, and treated our old gal like their own. They don’t put her through unnecessary testing (which is good for her and our wallet) and only provide what she needs. Dr. Burgette and her team were amazing, caring, and friendly. I’d 100% recommend this office for all of your veterinary needs.

I did a solid amount of shopping around for a good vet when I moved down to Charleston 4 years ago. The crew at Northwoods is absolutely incredible. It's been clear from our first visit that their priorities start and end with the health of your fur baby. These people love what they do and are very good at it. It's honestly just a bonus that everything has always been very fairly priced(especially for Charleston). Can confirm you won't find better care anywhere else in the Charleston area. Thank y'all! I absolutely love Northwoods vet. I bring all 3 of my dogs. I refer a lot of people here. It’s clear they love our fur babies. I’ve went to other vets who only seemed to care about making money. This is clearly not the case here. They have a wonderful staff who has went above and beyond for us. They are very knowledgeable and understanding. I can’t speak highly enough about them… They put the care of my babies and customer service first. Unlike any other vet I have been to. If you haven’t taken your animals here you should really check them out.
