Brought our Keety for the first time last month for UTI and yearly updates. Tracy took great care of her and made sure she was as comfortable as possible the entire time, she was very knowledgeable and clearly cares about her patients! The doctor was great as well, took the time to explain things to me, so we could make the best decisions for our girlie. Will definitely be coming here from now on. Even the rx ordering website is easy to use

Words cannot express how wonderful my experience was. This was our first appointment at a new Vet for my sweet cat, Mio. I had some new concerns, and unfortunately the news was not great, nor what I expected. The staff and techs were so sweet, and Dr. Baillie was incredibly smart, informative, realistic, and very compassionate. She went out of her way to make sure she covered every scenario, and provided options and scenarios in such a kind, yet truthful way. I made an appointment with her for my Doberman, Maya as well so we can establish permanent care. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic vet practice. Been with them over 16 years and they go above and beyond for our fur babies. Would recommend 100% to anybody looking for a vet. Professional but also very personal and friendly. Dr. Ingram and Ms Mandy have been a lifeline along the way.

The entire staff is courteous and professional. From the moment you walk through the door to checkout, you are well taken care of. Dr. Thompson is extremely thorough with his diagnoses and explanations of your pet’s needs. They provide excellent care to both pets and their owners!

I've never been to a vet that I have enjoyed as much as I did when we visited The Animal Hospital of North Charleston. Daisy needed vaccinations, and flea treatment. The process of making an appointment, and the appointment itself, were seamless and stress-free. They were very sweet to my Daisy. They are also very transparent and upfront about pricing, as well as reasonably priced! A few days after our visit, I discovered large worms in Daisy's stool, and I was able to text photos directly to their office to ask for help. They got back to me first thing the next morning and prescribed deworming medication quickly for me to pick up from their office. They have been kind and respectful, and they are highly efficient in the way they operate.
