Our experience was truly wonderful; the staff and the doctor were incredibly professional, caring, and polite. They treated our kitten Lucy with the same love and compassion as if she were their own. We are deeply grateful to everyone.

Dr Kathy Benton is the best and she sees our Mini American Eskimo Everest. She is the epitome of good quality high caliber vet care.

So happy with this vet clinic! Our old vet kept creeping the prices up every year until we just couldn't afford it anymore, so we tried Charleston Heights at the recommendation of neighbors. Their staff is friendly and inviting, and they fawn all over my babies every time they see them. They've even squeezed us in for an emergency on a Saturday for a VERY reasonable price- it would've cost at least 4x as much at the emergency vet. Happy to have this clinic nearby and I'm sure we'll be clients for years.
