Chase at Pet Smart Noblesville is a great trainer. We have done the beginning and intermediate with our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy and it has been so enjoyable. He worked with my daughter and me and was great at not only telling us but demonstrating it as well. I love clicker training and we now have a a well mannered puppy. Will Be coming back for advanced. I do not know the name of the associate that assisted me with my selection of live fish for purchase, but they were clearly poorly trained or completely untrained. I requested 2 Giant Danio, 3 long-finned zebra Danio, and 5 black neon tetras, species being kept in different tanks. This associate wrote all 3 item numbers on the same bag, and I originally thought they were trying to simply things for the cashier. The associate proceeded to use a tank hanging collection vessel to set up a bag, and then dumped about 4 inches of water into the bag. They did not place a collection tank on the side of the aquarium they were pulling from, they wildly collected the giant danios in the net one at a time, stepped down off the ladder to the cart with the bag and then dropped the fish in the water. Brought my cats to get groomed here due to their longer fur, and had such an amazing experience. Lovie H. did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend her for services!

They were out of the product I went there for. I asked the manager when they would get more in the store and he said tomorrow, but that he was only getting 2!!! Seems too few for such a popular brand of dog biscuits. Other than that I would have given them a 5.

Many Thanks to PetSmart! My friend's dog needed groomed. Shelby, the groomer, noticed a problem with his eye and took the dog to the in-house Vet, Dr. Katte. Thanks to their concern, they caught a problem and resolved it with much kindness and concern. I appreciated their proactive engagement. Big thank you to the entire Noblesville team! Teddy is doing fine, by the way.
