The groomers can always get me in within a day or 2. They do a pretty good job and are very nice.

This is my son's heaven on earth. We have purchased parakeets, kittens, and fish. All of them have been healthy and still living. I only gave 4 stars because it is always difficult someone to help.

The employees are always nice, and it is a welcoming environment. However, I go to pet stores for things I can’t get at the regular grocery store pet section. Tonight I went for a pill shooter (which it said they had online) and there was none to be found in the dog or cat section. Oftentimes the thing I’m looking for is not stocked or very limited options. I think I’ve given up on PetSmart having what I’m actually looking for.

The staff helped me find diapers for my senior dog. They were very kind

Pet Smart is a great pet store ! We like the selection of dog toys and treats available. There's a great adoption area with very friendly felines and the guinea pigs are too cute! The birds are beautiful and the fish selection is amazing! There's a groomer inside as well as a pet vet if needed.
