I have learned so much from Mandy about dogs even after owning them myself for over 40 years. It is really about us as to what kind of experience we have with our dogs and how happy we both can be in life together! She is kind, knowledgeable, patient and always genuinely excited to train us! I can't say enough about the daycare experience. My puppy has been there since he was a baby and his socialization skills and attention are beyond belief at only 7 months old! My high-energy dog has gone to Manners Matter daycare and enrichment programs multiple times/week for almost two years. I have also participated in their group training programs. Prior to going here, I tried out a few other places in Lexington and had hoped the other places would work out because they were a lot closer to home and work. We go to Manners Matter -- despite the 45 minute round-trip drive -- because they take great care of my dog, they are organized, the trainers use and teach positive-reinforcement, they have several certified trainers on their team (i.e., not just people who like dogs) and their facility is very clean.
