This review is long overdue. I brought my pug, Wrigley, in for a checkup last summer. Everyone was very loving and kind. Wrigley, had to have major surgery, something I had been told before but was not comfortable with getting it done where we had been going. Dr Pinkston and staff are extremely knowledgeable and made me feel as though she would be safe in their care. I fell in love with everyone there. Wrigley is doing very well and I think the doctors and staff at this location. I’m so happy we found you guys.

100000% recommend. They took us in at exactly our appointment time, immediately offered my dog a pup cup. Had a comfortable exam room, toys for him to play with and plenty of treats to make him comfortable throughout the appointment. They gave me an estimate, unlike any other vet i’ve been too, and actually discussed with me what was wrong with him, what they recommend to fix it, how much each procedure was, and advice to care for him once we left. I could tell them what i could and couldn’t pay for, and they even offered me a cost saving option for one of the medications. After payment, they gave him a toy to keep and mentioned we could come back anytime for a “Victory Visit” where he could get a free pup cup, to make him more comfortable for his actual visits. Dr Pinkston was very attentive to my recently rescued pet, Woody; found abandoned, thin, frightened & with plenty of ticks. The veterinarian assistant was also attentive and welcoming/personable. Dr Pinkston took the time to sit down across from myself with the pet in between and explain vaccines, upcoming neuter plan and treatments for diarrhea as well as general care and assessment. Both staff were present during Woody’s assessment. The follow-up was excellent and a sense of genuine concern was conveyed. Having access to a staff member 24/7 is also reassuring.

We love this location and have been going since 2023. Dr. Hamilton and Crystal are a dream team and take care of my kiddos like no other ever has. They are patient with my anxious kiddos (and sometimes me!), and take the time to walk me through everything and discuss with me what I can and cannot afford and how we move forward in the best way for everyone. I came from a very rural community who had no reachable vet growing up, so annual care was not something I knew about before coming here and they have taken the time to teach me. I cannot thank the entire team enough for loving our babies as much as we love them. Thank you!!

I brought my German Shepard here after a not so great experience at a different vet and I will never go anywhere else! Dr. Hamilton and Alex, our vet tech were so kind to my boy and made him feel right at home and made sure he was always comfortable with what they were doing. They took the time to listen to my concerns and formulated a plan to help my boy feel better. I have never seen him so calm in a public environment and this boy just about never calms down haha! I am so thankful to have found them!
