All Creatures' Inn

My husband and I started sending our dog Lola here. At first she was deemed “special needs” because the new environment was causing her to be anxious. But they were so patient with her and gave her so much love and care. They were also great about keeping me informed. By the next time she went she was loving it! No longer “special needs” and she has such a great time. Thankful to have a place close by with such friendly, caring staff. 10/10 recommend!

We moved to Kentucky last year and needed to find a kennel for our German Shepherd. We have used All Creatures Inn services many times. Tucker loves it here. He literally runs right in the building and into the back room. Everyone we have come in contact with here loves dogs and understands their tendencies. Highly recommend. We are so happy we found a place we can trust!

We’ve now used all creatures inn 3x for our dog when we go out of town. I highly recommend them. They are so good to my dog Murray who has really bad anxiety. And also are patient & understanding with me when I ask for photos & updates. They go out of their way to make sure we’re taken care of. We will continue to use them for all of our boarding.

I boarded my Pitbull there for 6 days. To start, online the price per night is listed at $33 a night. When I dropped her off there was a printed out paper stating price change to $43 a night. When I picked her up I had asked about it and they said they didn’t realize the price was wrong and would not honor it. Secondly, I dropped my dog off with a dog bed. My dog never has accidents. When I picked her up her bed was completely saturated in pee. She smelt so strong of urine I had to bathe her before bringing her home. Her toys I dropped her off with and her bed all had to go in the trash because they were just completely saturated. The only thing I could assume is that they just had her locked up the entire time and she just had to lay in her urine for days. They gave no updates during her

It was my first time boarding animals so I was a nervous Nellie. My veterinarian said he has several customers that used All Creatures and he had not heard anything negative. We came back early and surprised them with an early pick-up. No problems. My shelties came home well cared for and happy. I am thankful for everyone there!
