Staff friendly and extremely helpful in answering your questions, as well as taking you to where the products you are looking for are located. They all loved my itty-bitty pitty!! 💛

Employees are rude, it looks like the managers are comfortable in talking down their team in front of customers, and they’re very political. The blonde cashier had someone else ring me out because of the shirt I wore, very obvious that individual cares more for his own opinion than the customer. Not what you wanna see when you go shopping. The Blue Buffalo aisle is always infected with moths and it’s very disgusting that they’d offer food like that for our dogs.

The people that work there are great. One glaring issue is there are always long lines at checkout and usually only one person working the registers. If any place would benefit from a couple of self checkout terminals this location would be it.

This location is always clean, and the staff are consistently friendly. Unlike some other locations that can have strong odors, this one is fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming, which makes every visit pleasant.

We came here to buy food for our pets quickly and we love to see all the owners and their pups in the store but one of the groomers still in uniform had her dog and was screaming at him, dragging him across the floor by the collar with his feet off the ground and slapping the dog across face in the store right next to the register. It was sad and disheartening to see as a customer and made me want to tell everyone to never bring their fur baby to be groomed here if this is how they treat animals.
