Dog was there less then 3 hrs to be groomed. Received 5 calls and dog was returned half groomed. And they still wanted to charge full price. Do not recommend

I always receive great service. It's our go to pet store. Knowledgeable and caring. I also take our dog for grooming. Very good with my dog.

Grooming was done well but it takes 3-4 hours. No reason my dog should be sitting in the back for that long. We got a simple wash and nail trim. We set an appointment for a reason, and if they cannot handle that many appointments, management should adjust what can be scheduled. Won’t be coming back for grooming.

Not the cleanest PetSmart I've been too... We are from out of state visiting family. I inquired about getting a bath for my dog. I asked about times available, they couldn't give me available time without actually setting me up for an appointment (???). So she gathered my info and told me tomorrow at 2p was the earliest slot. I said that might work, how long is the wash? She said 3-4 hours. I literally said, "oh no! That is way too long. I can't make that. Thank you anyway." She apologized and said I we'll take you off. For the next 15 minutes, I got all sorts of spam texts from PetSmart. I replied "STOP" to the spam. However, the next day at 215p, I got a call asking where I was for the bath. It felt incredibly dishonest and unorganized.

Very rude customer service. I work in customer service I would never treat my customers the way I was treated. Don’t know her name, she had a nose piercings. How is it you can take your time with one customer and not the other one who wait a half hour. I only got to pick one fish for my daughter. I was going to buy one for myself. I asked a question, rather than helping me, She left. Came back five minutes later. Rather than asking me if I was ready. She went straight to someone else. I was going to buy more. Then to you they will not get my money. Not that you care. Very poor customer service in the fish area. The register employees are always very nice. I would rather drive to Albany to buy my fish. At least they are very helpful.
