I take my dog shopping here all the time. It’s quiet, clean, and has a large selection. Also has self-serve dog wash in the back.

Went in to buy a toy and Josie was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect cat toy for my cat, taking the time to ask questions and offer thoughtful recommendations. Her friendliness, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s clear she truly cares about both customers and pets. Thanks to Josie, my cat is thrilled—and so am I! Highly recommend her help to anyone shopping here.

I use to like this store,but within the past 6 months it has fallen short. Their bug supply for reptiles has been awful. And their animal care needs to be closely evaluated. The baby bearded dragon looked emaciated. It was sad to see them that way! Step it up pet supply plus! You guys offer some good deals and discounts which was why I originally started shopping there. But the store itself has become disappointing.

The employees were very friendly, personable, and helpful. It was fun shopping with my dog! He even got a treat! Store was much larger than I thought. Great selection.

My dogs are Mini Schnauzers, boisterous, noisy, and LOUD. Rosie is so good with them. They don't mind going, and always look good.
