In May of 2022 our dogs kidney disease made living very painful for her. We approached the New Hartford Vet Hospital for help in easing her out of her pain. The compassion, considerate, gentle, and private last few hours with our beloved Tess at their facility gave us time to accept the inevitable and find closure. Thanks to all who helped.

In the midst of a pandemic they were able to take us in as new clients to update our dog’s shots last second. They were very understanding and flexible despite being fully booked for the next month. The woman at the front desk, Marie, was extremely kind and helpful. Glad we found a new vet to take our dogs to!

There answering service is very poor. I called after hours because my dog was very sick and she gave me nothing but attitude.
