Huge shoutout to Lily at PetSmart for the amazing job she did grooming our poodle, Winnie! She was way overdue, but Lily handled her with so much care and patience. Winnie looks absolutely beautiful and came home so happy. We are so grateful for the love and attention you gave our girl. Highly recommend Lily to anyone looking for a wonderful groomer

Only reason I gave one star about this sroomer was the customer service was amazing and of course basic shopping, i wish I could of given it zero stars, i was told he could get special holiday package with teeth brush, nail trimming and a Christmas shampoo on top of my request for wash and brush. I get him home and his breath is still bad, he is still shedding so badly like they didn’t even touch him, and he barely smells like holidays. I don’t know if anyone else has had it bad like that, i dont know if it’s because he’s a big dog but terrible quality of grooming.

We take Jack to be groomed and when they finished we thought we were going home with a different dog he was mad at us but he is happy

I went here the other day to get a fish I had no idea what was needed. Caleb was very helpful he told me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions in full detail. my beta fish love his new home (the fish told me )

Michelle is a great groomer. Very thoughtful and sweet withthe girls!
