IT has the best staff and the vets and nurses are great. They save safe my cat and my love for then all the time they spender taking care of him.

Both the vet and her technician put our cats (sisters) right at ease on their first yearly checkup at Mitchell Village! We were extremely happy with our visit! They are so kind, professional, and compassionate and that makes for a wonderful checkup! Thank you and we highly recommend you guys! No stress visit with ease and great information to keep them healthy! yay!

I have had one of the worst experiences of my life with Dr Payne! We took our dog here for breathing issues possibly sinuses. They charged us nearly 800.00 to run a scope through his sinuses to find the problem. However they could only scope one side. So close to 1000 for not much and definitely no answers or help. They referred us to Wilmington and we were waiting for them to call us. In the interim only a day or two later dr Payne called Mr asking what we had decided! I informed her we were waiting. She said if we didn't take him there via emergency that we should have the talk! Meaning putting him down! I was completely distraught! We literally got in the car and drove to Wilmington! Only to be told what we thought we had to wait for the referral to go through. We told them what dr P

I just love this place and these people! Both of my fur babies had a tough week- stomach issues, ingested skewers, and a spay. I am so thankful for the Mitchell Village Animal Hospital team, especially this week. They were able to squeeze us in for unplanned appointments and were SO helpful for all of our issues with professionalism, competence, and compassion. I always know my babies are in good hands here.
