Morehead Animal Hospital is the absolute Best!!! The entire staff welcomes you and your pet as if you were their immediate family!!! Their knowledge is unmatched, and their compassion is immeasurable!!! We are so blessed and thankful to have a crew that loves our dogs like we do!!! Our Tulsi and Sadie receive the best loving care they could get!!! Recently, we had to put our oldest dog, Copper, to sleep...these folks sat with us, hugged us, and prayed with us as we said goodbye to him!!! Thank You So Much!!!

Great location! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The doctors don’t rush you through your appointment and take the time to answer your questions, it’s easy to schedule an appointment and yearly visits for my pets are affordable. I’m grateful to have found their office after our last vet closed unexpectedly.

The ladies at front counter are always friendly and helpful. They always what your visit is for? They make sure if there is anything else you need the Dr to look at when your at the office. Great animal hospital.

Dr. Bird and Dr. Royal are the vets I’ve had dealing with. Both are super kind, caring and will thoroughly explain any issues procedures, etc. My dog Cali has been diagnosed with Cancer. They have been so caring, so matter of fact, I feel terrific with the care she has received. Cali last chance was a series of injections to help slow the cancer. The last trip we made Cali didn’t want to get out of the truck. She just shook and drooled in the back. I went in and told them we were very close to the end, I wasn’t making her get out of the truck for what I think is a waste of shots. Dr. Bird came out to the truck, petted her, then went and got an shot to help with her condition. If you need a good vet, please go see them! He stays busy for a reason! They handled all our pups from 6 weeks til the Rainbow bridge. Best care I’ve ever seen. They take great care of your pet and you! I’ll be a customer as long as I’m around! Dr. Byrd, Dr. Savannah, all the staff, just top notch! I can’t say enough good things about these people!
