5 stars!!!!! The staff is SO, so, beyond nice and caring. I have been in twice, once with my upset 1 yr old in tow and literally they could not have been more accommodating and sweet during our appointment. The office is nice and updated and the staff is just a total 10/10. So beyond happy to have found such a friendly, wonderful veterinarian here. Thank you again!! They also made me this super cute magnet at our first appointment. How sweet!

The staff, here at BPPAH, is exceptionally outstanding. Bar none - the best of the best. They cared (every single soul there) for my beloved Rosie for the last few years of her beautiful and angelic little life. Dr Z had previously cared for Rosie, at another veterinarian’s office - so they had a lovely reunion when Rosie started coming here! When it came time to help my angel get her big wings, everyone was so incredibly loving, caring and understanding of the process that was about to happen. They knew and understood that Rosie was my entire world. My heart. My soul. My best friend of 13 years. My EVERYTHING. I will eternally be grateful for the excellent care, kindness and love that Rosie was provided by all of the employees. Everyone loved Rosie and I will forever be thankful for that

Highly recommend this vet. My dog was 13 and we’ve been to many vets over the years but this place stands out. They aren’t pushy on products or services and they allow you to make the decisions. The vet laid out our options but my family and I decided euthanasia was the humane thing to do. The staff was incredibly compassionate and walked us through the process at our pace. Although I’m incredibly sad to think about this day, I am forever thankful this is the vet we chose for our sweet boy’s senior care. When the time comes we will absolutely return to the vet.

Very caring and gentle vet who took his time to meet my dog to put her at ease. All the techs and the vet answered any and all questions that I had because I was nervous since this was my first time going there. Because of the staff I left with a huge smile on my face and plan on going there from now on. The place is great 👍

At 3:30 on Friday afternoon before the great snow storm of 2026, my Maltese, Maisy Louise, jumped off the sofa and seriously injured her right hind leg. We are new to the coast and Maisy was not yet an established patient. The staff and Dr. Bailey were absolutely wonderful. They worked us in, called my old vet for records, did an extremely thorough exam (by both doctors!), took x-rays and determined the extent of her injuries. They were significant. I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed more compassion and professionalism….and this for a dog they did not even know. My forever vets!!
