Glad they updated some of the bettas to the larger tanks in the plant section to advertise. I love their new update aquarium section. They also added jumping spiders to purchase as pets.

Our dog Sulley gets groomed here quite often. The staff is wonderful. Patience is an amazing groomer and friendly. Though a little pricey, Pulley always looks and smells great leaving there. The offer a full package of teeth brushing and ear cleaning, and I'm sure other options.

I used to live in Charlotte and I despised the Banfields and Petsmarts in most charlotte locations. But not this one! This one is always clean, well organized, friendly and knowledgeable staff! So happy to be part of the Monroe customer base!

The people that care for these animals the adoption. They are amazing. They work so hard. They love animals. You can sit in their heart and I respect them and I just appreciate everything they do. They're wonderful and the stores always clean. People want to help you. Give it a try

This is your basic PetSmart with the Banefield vet clinic inside. Seems like the ones with the vet clinics have a little less selection and overall merchandise. I know that this location is not size inclusive when it comes to collars, clothing and harnesses. Staff changes a lot here and while they are friendly they are not ever stocked. New merchandise is usually in those cart things back by the restrooms and vet. Overall can’t say it’s a bad store just need better organization.
