Paws on Potter

Can’t recommend it enough! My dog grew up going to daycare and went through a weird aversion around age 3 - she became very anxious and stressed at the previous daycare facility she was going to. We moved and I wanted to start somewhere new and heard of Paws on Potter through an acquaintance. The team was understanding and accommodating to her new feelings towards daycare. They worked with her to make daycare a fun place again. We recently had a long trip and I was nervous about the length of time we would be gone. My worries quickly disappeared as I saw her having the time of her life! So grateful to Paws on Potter for giving our girl a safe place to have fun.

Great day care facility. My pup comes home happy and tired. Clean and spacious yard for running around all day. Lauren and her mom oversee the dogs during play and post amazing pics on Facebook daily.

My two dogs love coming here! They bark as soon as we hit the gravel driveway and love to play in the large, spacious, outdoor play area! They come home so tired and happy from it being an all day play facility which makes me happy! Thanks for taking great care of my fur babies!

Paws on Potter is a fantastic place to board/send your dogs to daycare without worry, staffed by people who clearly love dogs. I have two dogs who are polar opposites...one which does not stop playing EVER, and one who is anxious about everything...especially car rides. In a previous boarding experience elsewhere, the one that doesn't stop lost 10 pounds over 7 days. At Paws on Potter, they took a picture of him the first day and adjusted how much he was being fed to ensure he came home happy and healthy. The anxious one willingly got in the car for boarding with tentative tail wagging after she went there once for daycare. These may sound like little things, but to any pet owner who views their animals as family, it really is everything. I highly recommend Paws on Potter.

This was supposed to be my Bichapoo’s first day at this facility. I received a voicemail confirming his documents were received and directing arrival between 7–9am, with closing “promptly at 9am.” I traveled 8 miles from my home in Monroe despite the distance, based on your positive reviews, only to arrive at 9:02am and be met with abrupt rudeness: “You’re late. No one told you to come around 9.” She even seemed angry that I was even there. I went to my car to show her the voicemail confirmation, but she walked into her office and never came out, ignoring me completely as I stood there saying “hello,” holding my visibly anxious, shaking dog. First impressions matter when entrusting someone with your pet, and policies can be enforced respectfully. Unfortunately, this did not happen, leavi
