PetSmart

They had a lot of this my cats needed and a lot of things I wanted for my cats, but I know better than them! I wish they did have a larger descending brush selection? Maybe there were some in the dog area, but having a medium hair cat warrants it. As I did not take photos of the store, I have attached photos of the customers who partake of your wares, but have never actually been in store.

These guys were great, they new about the particular urinary stones focused food I needed for my cat and took me to it. Thank you

Done shopping here. Used to get all my food/litter/toys here. Went in to get a petsafe smart spin auto litter box, was seeing them everywhere for 350 (Amazon, Petco, etc.) and was a bit surprised to see that they were 400 at this PetSmart. I looked up the price match policy for PetSmart, and I'll copy it verbatim here: "If you find an identical, in-stock item at a lower price from a competitor, we’ll match it! We match prices from direct-seller competitors in pet specialty, grocery, pharmacy, and big-box retail—both in-store and on their official websites.". I lugged the box up to the front, and was told by the cashier that they only price match chewy. Hello, I left the lowest rating for this store, and I want to clarify that it was not because of the products. The store has a good selection, and the issue is not the merchandise. The problem is customer service. This is not a small store—there are many aisles and shelves—and when we asked employees for help locating specific items, we did not receive real assistance. One employee at the checkout and another employee stocking shelves simply pointed in a general direction and that was all. Because of this experience, we will not return to this location. There are other stores where employees are willing to help customers and where people feel that their time and business are appreciated. Thank you.

Wildly unhelpful staff. Waited for 5 minutes after requesting help for anyone to come over and get crickets. Then, when I’m checking out, the worker at the register is making conversation with the person behind me and their dog, and completely ignoring me. I get home, 20 minutes away, and have no crickets in my bag. Waited and spent money for absolutely no reason. Then, when I called to, yes, complain about this, whoever answered hung up on me when I expressed frustration over the carelessness at the register. Nice!
