PetSmart

The store is well stocked and clean, and the animals seem well cared for. The prices are comparable to what I find online at other stores. I also use this Banfield location for my newest puppy and the Vet and Techs have been super friendly and caring. They provide a number of services. I will continue to visit this PetSmart and Banfield location and do recommend it for anyone with a pet!

Great staff, friendly and helpful. I purchased a red knee Mexican Tarantula. It's about 1/3 grown so it's still small. It's very friendly and enjoys being held. I have since purchased it a larger home with proper bedding and Moss. And accessible water dish, a place for it to crawl into when it feels like being alone. And a very reasonable priced heating pad to place on one side of the tank with thermostatic control. This will provide years of enjoyment!

Excellent customer service at this store. An associate named Dillon was very helpful in locating and the purchase of my elderly cats prescription food. The checkout and verification was seemless and he was extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend this store for your pets needs.

Love the store and options. Don't like the bureaucracy. If you want to enforce the rules for fish tank sizes be an example of it and dont force the rules on others if you dont follow

Yesterday, my sister had an appointment at 5:30pm, scheduled a week in advanced, for her 5 lb chihuahua; she was rushing from work to get to her appointment on time, which she did; her dog needed a full bath, nail trim, teeth brushed and her anal glands expressed!!! That was the deal with Petsmart!!! When she got to the store with her dog, the lady that was working there told her that the dog was too shy, that she wasn't getting near her and that she was afraid to trim her nails!!! She asked my sister to wait, kept giving her RIDICULOUS excuses not to take care of her dog, so much so that my sister ended up living with the dog and they were NEVER seen!!! A complete waste of time, NEVER, EVER AGAIN she will come back to that store!!! People take note!!!
