We have been with fullwood for a while. During COVID and the remodel. I will say that time was frustrating but during COVID completely understood. The remodel was rough for us. We take at least 3 pets there regularly. But now that they have opened up and got the spiffy new place it's been great. Yea pricing is pretty expensive but let's be honest...if you own a pet it's expensive no matter where you go. Emily at the front desk is AMAZING. She truly cares about your pet and understands the expense of owning said pet. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She is a pleasure to talk to and see! The vets and technicians are also great. We recently took our cat there that had been out in the world 4 times maximum and everyone did a wonderful job of making her and us feel welcome and comfort

One of the best experiences I’ve had! I recently called fullwood to inquire about my dog & her red, swollen eye. We originally called our dogs normal vet & they couldn’t see us for 3 weeks but told us our dogs issues was extremely urgent. I submitted an online request for an appointment with Fullwood because my mom brings her cat here & has amazing things to say. Within 4 minutes of submitted my online request, I had someone from here calling me & getting me an appointment in the next 48 hrs! (I’m convinced it would have been sooner if we weren’t about to get a ton of snow!) Upon arrival, they were very Accommodating of my dog being reactive to other pets & got is an exam room immediately to wait so we didn’t encounter other pets. They built trust with her immediately & were so gentle & ki

Overall, this is not a bad establishment. There are some great people who work there who truly care about the well-being of your pets. I brought my lab, Church here for years, but after they completed his TPLO surgery last year, I was pretty saddened and disappointed with the aftercare we received. I was really worried about Church's healing progress because his mobility and strength in the leg they operated on were not improving, which I communicated to the staff numerous times. I believe the veterinarians provided a bit of false hope and expectation as far as his healing progress and did not do a good job of explaining what needed to be done in the following months after the procedure. I started to feel neglected and sort of hopeless about the entire process. Thankfully, one of the techs

We recently moved to Mint Hill from the LKN Region and needed a closer vet for our pets. Our Doberman was having some issues that needed fast attention. We were in the next morning and had such a nice visit. They asked if she had anxiety beforehand and worked her in first thing so there would not be a lot of animals to make her more nervous. We felt so cared for and like we were the only patient they were seeing that day. They did not do more than needed and she is doing well now. They even explained to us with her anatomy why this was happening to her. This is the first we had heard about it and were are thrilled to know how to prevent moving forward. I highly recommend them.

We have gone to Fullwood for several years. It used to feel like a very warm and welcoming family friendly establishment. They used to be very accomodating and kind to customers. They used to be transparent with customers about charges and always asked before charging. Not anymore. Since the new ownership or maybe it was just a management transition, they did construction, and you can't even go inside with your pet during visits anymore. Who knows what they do with your animal if anything during the extremely expensive visits. They also try to sell you these new packages to "save you money" but in the end they screw you with hidden costs and do things without your permission (I assume to pay for the construction they just did). They hold onto your pet until you pay for whatever they did to
