We have absolutely loved every experience we've had at Groombar! Fo some backstory; we adopted a dog two years ago who was incredibly overweight and had 2 torn ACLs, so she wasn't able to stand on her own. I posted online asking if there was a groomer that could handle her needs (not being able to stand, needing to be lifted onto high surfaces, and anxiety about being left new places). Angie from Groombar commented, offering to groom her, and we've been loyal clients ever since! Every groomer we've seen at this location has been so kind and wonderful to Daisy. They've taken their time to make sure she's comfortable and looks her best (usually with a little bandana or bow tie), and they always send an adorable little "report card" afterwards so we can see the process and make notes for her

Had another wonderful grooming session with Ms Heidi! Greta loves going . Staff are sweet and welcoming and our sweet Greta looks amazing!! If you are looking for a grooming place for your pup this IS the PLACE!! You will be glad you did!! Greta and I are so very thankful and happy we have this wonderful grooming place to go to for all our needs!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and make the dogs feel at ease right when you walk in. This helps my fearful doggie! She now has no hesitation walking into the groomer! A first for us! Nice intimate setting for the dogs too vs a crazy environment that can feel stressful for the pups! We have loved this facility and staff! Action shot attached! 😂

Another satisfied experience at Groombar Matthews! Our sweet girl Bailey was scheduled to be groomed the day of an anticipated snow storm. I called prior to the snow storm and spoke with Angela. She was very helpful in going through options should I need to cancel. In the end they cancelled my appointment which speaks a lot about a business caring enough for their employees safety then a dollar. They immediately contacted me and was able to get Bailey in 2 weeks later. We booked with Jamie again after our last wonderful experience with her and she delivered again with another beautiful haircut. She even remembered our girl from the last visit which also speaks volumes!! We had taken our girl to a prior place and didn't have a good experience. While the price at Groombar is a bit more than

I can never praise everyone here enough! Every person on staff, every groomer, and the owners! Our groomer Heidi is the world's best groomer!! She loves our dog Nana like her own and grooms her the same! Nana runs through the store to see her favorite groomer! We refer everyone to bring their pets here and to work with the owners to plan the best clean diet for your pet! They are incredible and we love everyone here!
