PetSmart

I've taken my dog here many, many times. In all honesty it can be hit or miss. HOWEVER, today was 5 stars for sure! Payton the groomer was wonderful and you can tell she REALLY CARES about the animals in her care. There have been many times it's taken 3 hours for my dog to get. Simple bath and brush but Payton did it in 2 hours and Juna looks amazing! I'll be requesting Payton every time!

Today I had an unfortunate experience. Today, I spent over an hour at the store with my children picking out fish. Once at the register, I asked the employee if I had everything needed for the tank. She asked me if I had the tank completely set up and running. I told her I did not. She told me that the fish would die since the tank has not been previously set up and said I should come back a different day to get the fish. She then took the fish and placed them behind her (did not scan the fish). My issue is, had I not asked her if I had everything then I would have been able to leave out with our fish. I only gave an additional star because the women who bagged the fish for me were extremely helpful and patient with my young children. Time wasted and children disappointed. People come t

I went to pick up an online order just after 4:30 I had placed at 2 pm fully aware that I had not received the email saying it was ready but I had finished the rest of my errands and my toddler was getting very restless and we needed to just go home. I came in to ask if it could be pulled or if I could grab it myself because I needed to go back home and would not be able to come out again today. The girl at the check out counter, I didn't look at her name, young and short with curled blondish hair, was incredibly rude and had a huge attitude with me for no reason, I was not rude towards her in any way. She said that's not how that works, sorry. We can't just pull it. When I told her again that I really needed it because I really needed to get back home she rudely offered to call a manager.

Beware, We bought all four of our miniature schnauzers here for grooming. We had used Pet smart several times before unfortunately the last time they came home with fleas. It was time-consuming and costly to eradicate. Pet Smart grooming took no personal responsibility. I will not be using them again.

Nice experience overall in the store, they have a good selection of everything and it was well stocked with fast chrckout service. Had exactly what I was looking for and the prices are overall competitive
