PetSmart

So far they are very helpful my 4 year old female cat has sensitive stomach and they helped me choose the right one for her. So far she has not thrown up so thank you again. And I'm new to Lynchburg VA. I'm happy they can help my animal daughter.

Today I tried to take my dog to PetSmart on Wards to get his nails cut. I called ahead to make sure it was still walk ins only since it had been awhile since I went last. The woman confirmed they would have time to do it today so I went. When I went in, I was greeted by an extremely rude male groomer had a horrible attitude and instantly said “we don’t have time to do anything for you today”, however, one of the female groomers said she had time. When I was checking in she said she couldn’t do it since I didn’t bring my dogs updated rabies vaccine form (my fault) so I went back to my car and had the vet email me a copy. Within 5 minutes I went back in with the form and she said she didn’t have time anymore. The manager was in there and told me that the male groomer would be able to cut my

I took my cat there on Nov. 3 to be groomed. She was fine when I dropped her off, but 40 minutes after I got her home, she had a seizure and died. It happened so fast, there was no chance to get her to the vet. Obviously, I won't be recommending them to anyone.

Bailey had her grooming this morning & her teeth brushed. Thank you, Mandy, for a great job! The estimated time for pickup was earlier than expected. She's all tuckered out now with her new toy & dental chews

We took our doodle to be groomed by the "doodle specialists" and are incredibly disappointed with the result. Despite leaving a clear note on her file and having an in-person discussion about the desired lengths and style of cut, they shaved her almost bare! There was no evidence of matting that required such a short cut. The shave was uneven and the nail trim was subpar.
