We brought our sweet girl Abby Lee in for a full groom, and I couldn’t be more pleased! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. They handle her with such gentle care and patience. She came out looking absolutely fabulous - her coat was soft, perfectly trimmed, and she smelled amazing! The cute purple bow they added was the cherry on top! The groomers clearly love what they do, and it shows in how happy and relaxed Abby was afterward. The shop was clean, colorful, and very professional. We even got a photo of her looking like a true diva post-groom! Highly recommend Shaggy to Chic Grooms - Abby Lee does too!

The entire crew really spoiled my little ball of anxiety today! We just moved to the area, my girl is 7, and this only her 2nd time getting professionally groomed so she was very scared. My pup looks so good and very pleased with how she was treated by everyone from the moment we walked in the door and how understanding they were about her trauma. Thank you guys!

I took my Bouvier to Brittney and she looks incredible! The store is clean, cute, and well organized! The staff are kind and skilled! I worked with Andrea to get it scheduled and she was so kind and helpful! My dog is a more "rare" breed that you don't see very often and she needs to be groomed a specific way. I am always a little concerned when I take her to a new place, but as soon as they saw her they knew exactly what to do, asking me specific questions on preferences etc! I will take my dog back here! I have taken my dog here several times. They always do a good job. I also love that my Lincoln smells good for weeks after being groomed.

My Cavapoo was groomed beautifully. Definitely recommend. Grooming done in 2 hours, no stress on the dog or me. Very super.
