They’ve done a great job with my cat the 3 times we’ve been, the cut is always well done which can be difficult as other places have left all his hair choppy. She did great blending the fur around where he had a couple mats as well. My cat always comes home looking handsome! We usually go for a modified lions cut.

If there was a minus negative rating I could give it would never be low enough. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Scheduled appointment at 2:30 pm arrived early. They took my cat in the pet carriage bag and let him sit until 4:15 and they had not even started on the haircut and wash. They literally started the haircut at 4:15 pm and finished at 4:30 pm and never bothered to shampoo or bathe as per my appointment instructions. The haircut is literally a butcher’s cut that is unbelievably bad. They charged $80.00 and asked for a tip to boot. They were extremely disrespectful. What a waste of time and not to mention the stress they put my cat under for 2.5 hours. They say there is a certified cat groomer on staff, you sure couldn’t tell by the looks of these pictures. Godawful service.

At first, I was overwhelmingly pleased. Natasha was doing a great job with our labradoodle. After 1.5 years, I really felt something was way off. The owner always was cross, & could give some dirty looks, but I overlooked that, as Natasha was phenomenal, until she wasn’t. She “said” my dog had tons of matting, (I know she didn’t, because she had a doodle comb go through every inch of her), & was shaved all the way down, & she cut her private area. I knew this was NOT Natasha that did this. I think she had her relative, cut her, because she was too busy. She didn’t even have a bath, as she smelled just like she did, going in. Natasha just passed it off, as she was “SO” matted!! That was my last day there. It was sad. I hope all the best for everyone there! No bad feel

Felicia is the only person I trust with my senior girl. She is all-around the best out there! Highly recommend. She is a great groomer and also a great person.

Felicia did an amazing job grooming my Aussie. I was worried because my dog is high energy and not easy to groom. Felicia was so patient with him and did an incredible job. Scheduling was easy and I got a reminder text for the appointment. With reasonable prices and excellent service I highly recommend Bark all about it for your pet grooming needs.
