Muddy Paws

I recently took my sweet long-haired Luna to Muddy Paws for grooming, and the team there was incredible! They gave her a sanitary trim, clipped her nails, and even tidied the hair around her face so her food would stop getting caught in it. They did a fantastic job! Super friendly, gentle, and an absolute joy to trust with our baby girl. I couldn’t recommend them enough and will definitely be returning when she’s due for her next appointment in a couple of months. Highly recommend! 😊

I highly recommend Muddy Paws to anyone looking to have their dog groomed. I found them after moving back to Lynchburg and not being able to find a good groomer. My Bichon is very skittish due to being abused and Kasey has always been patient and takes her time with him to ensure it’s a good experience for him. Now 11 months in, he loves her and actually knows her routine. I love it that she works hard to ensure he has the official Bichon Frisé cut and also works hard monthly to improve his cut. I also want to add the facility is very clean, I have witnessed first hand they are constantly working to keep it clean at all times while loving and talking to their fur clients. One more thing, they put bandanas/bows/ties on the dogs and take their picture when they are groomed. I totally look

Muddy Paws has been an absolute blessing for our family. Our 120 pound Cane Corso, Luna, used to need sedation just to have her nails trimmed, and it was always a traumatic experience for her. But the team at Muddy Paws took their time, used their expertise, and worked with her so patiently that she now lays down calmly for them. She absolutely loves them. They also give Luna her baths, and we call it her spa day. She always comes out so soft and shiny, and we constantly get asked how we keep her coat looking so good. We are just grateful they take such good care of our big girl, especially since so many other groomers had turned us away before. Both of my Boston Terriers go here as well and love it every time. I highly recommend Muddy Paws for all your pet grooming needs. Kasey is the best! She is very professional & explains the process they will use to take of all your pets grooming needs. Sarah is also amazing. She is there to greet you with a smile every time you walk in the door. They are great with my special needs heeler who is deaf. He always loves to go see Kasey & Sarah. Very disappointed in the policy regarding bad weather. Some form of precipitation is predicted tonight. what’s the temp below freezing, chances of black ice early in the morning are very high. I had a 9 o’clock appointment scheduled for Saturday morning to have my dog groomed. I called at 10 o’clock to reschedule and was told by Sarah that I would be charged $10 for canceling late AND that there were absolute no other Saturday appointments available for another five weeks now. Really? This is how you tell someone that you don’t know how to run a business without saying, “I don’t know how to run a business.”
