PetSmart

I use Jocelyn at PetSmart in Lexington SC for some of my dog, Maisy's grooming needs. Maisy always comes back happy, shiny and smelling so good. When I drop her off with Jocelyn, Maisy is always happy to see her and eager to go to the back with her. That puts me at ease knowing Maisy is with someone she likes and is well cared for while she is there. Thanks Jocelyn!

Ashley was a great help the 3 times we went in to figure out the best fish tank situation for my son. She was honest, kind, and full of so much knowledge that would have taken weeks to figure out on my own and not to mention would have costed me money wasted down the drain! We have a great set up now and I feel confident that we should be good to go!

DONT assume that the different locations speak to each other. My dog went to the Garnera Ferry location in September with a rabies vaccine that doesn’t expire until July 2026. The vaccine was provided and SHOULD have been put into the system. Apparently it was not & when we arrived for her appt today we were turned away bc the Lexington location didn’t have the updated document, wouldn’t take the dog, and didn’t offer any solutions to help us. Finding a new groomer going forward.

The Girls in the grooming "room". Are talented, helpful - they are also very transparent in answering any questions about services and the different types of dog "coats". My Ruff Tuff likes them!!!

Signed my Boston up for beginner training and could not have been more pleased with the training class! Caitlynn was amazing! So patient and knew her stuff! Can’t wait for the next session.
