I absolutely love this location! The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, especially when it comes to answering customer questions. I stopped in today for a few simple pet supplies and ended up finding an amazing deal on an aquarium. With associate Taylor’s great help, I was able to find everything I needed and get the tank loaded onto a dolly for checkout. Between their quality products and outstanding customer service, I’ll definitely continue to frequent this store.

Worst place in all of Lecanto for a pet. We will never bring our two dogs there again for grooming. They don’t brush or bathe your pet really even if that’s what your paid for or asked for - they may spritz water and work a comb quickly through your pet for 5min and call it a day - and the after two hours, give you a call for pick up - hence, acting like a thorough grooming has been done. Do your best to avoid the grooming salon here. Pets are distressed when leaving. We have otherwise used PetSmart in other states and locations where they’ve been great - they made our dogs comfortable at all the other locations (not distressed at all), but at this place the personnel is not just rude to you but also jeopardized the safety of our small dog as they did not enforce the one-dog rule in the c

Dezmen was awesome today during my visit. My home recently caught fire and I have a monster fish pond that I have to re-home the fish from. He was tremendously helpful and went out of his way to help me out. He is the type of person that pet lovers need at a store dedicated to our best friends. Not only was he professional, but his love of animals and customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this location if you want top notch customer service.

I went to get my dog groomed. I knew in advance I needed my proof of rabies shot. I forgot it. They called my vet and they said they never heard of me. I had the tag. Guess there is no date on it? Weird. Why have it if it doesn't prove anything. Lol Anyway, couldn't get dog washed. Woman was nice but. Oh well. I canceled my account.

Had my dog groomed three different times. The others were good but, this last time, Kailen did a absolute phenomenal job grooming my Yorkie. He did exactly what I asked for. Fantastic groomer!!!
