Veronica from PetSmart was absolutely amazing. She took the time to walk me through everything I needed to properly care for both my cat and my fish, and she even shared helpful tips on setting up a new aquarium. It’s clear she genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure animals are well taken care of. As someone who works in leadership, I really appreciate interactions like this because they feel less transactional and more human. Thank you for everything you do, Veronica. PetSmart is lucky to have someone like you on the team.

not even joking, veronica might actually be the best thing that has ever happened to customer service. like 10/10 energy, super nice, super helpful, and somehow makes everything feel easy. before veronica: confusion. after verónica: peace, happiness, and all my problems solved. honestly the experience was elite. if every place had a verónica the world would run way better. would 100% recommend.

I'm really frustrated because I need to buy some medicine and they say their hours are until 9:00. I know they have to clean and do more things before closing, but are they supposed to be open until 9:00 or until 8:00? Because it's 8:48 and there are still customers waiting outside. So if you have an emergency, don't waste your time coming between 8:30 and 9:00 PM because they won't open the door for you. Their hours are lying, and I hope they change their hours so that customers like me don't trust themselves to come.

Joseline was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Her customer service is truly 5-star! Ms. Laura was also wonderful; her customer service was excellent as well. Both ladies made my experience at the pet store exceptional!
