This was my 6 month old poodle’s very first grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I called to make an appointment, the customer service was outstanding everyone was so kind, patient, and helpful. When we arrived, the staff was super sweet and made my puppy feel completely comfortable. The grooming turned out absolutely perfect my poodle looks adorable and smells great! I could tell they really care about the pets they work with. I love everything about this place and will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and a team that truly loves what they do! 🐩💖

My chows get taken care of here every six weeks. I appreciate the attention to detail and the kindness to the dogs.

Took my dog here for the first time the other day and they did a great job! The groomers and the receptionist were all very nice and asked tons of questions about my dog so that they could best meet her needs, which I HIGHLY appreciate. I can tell that they really care about the safety and comfortability of the dogs they groom. My dog went from looking like a mop to looking like a star 🤩 thank y'all so much!!!

I made an appointment to have my dog groomed today. Now let me start by saying that my dog is a Yorkie/Maltese X breed. He was born on September 12, 2007. I got him at 9 weeks young. Naturally I inquired about a good place to have my dog groomed that isn't like a "fast food - in/out" type of place. Animal Crackers was recommended and when it was time, he was ready for his FIRST grooming. This being said, fast forward 17 years 10 months today. I took him not knowing if this would be his last visit or not. Now, he is totally blind with the exception of some shadows and his hearing is going as well. Buddy is extremely familiar with Mark and Vanessa and I am so pleased with what I see as an impossible job (especially because he's up in age and needs to stand on a towel or the like as his legs

They have been grooming my baby Saint since I got him. Every single time they do such a fabulous job. Saint looks and smells so good. They take him from unemployed to employed & he’s the manager 😂😂
