Dale's Pet Grooming

I brought my cats in today for a shave, heavily matted medium hair. I was told by my local vet that they would need to sedate her and it would cost hundreds of dollars ($400). I was told by Petsmart and Banfield that she needed to be medicated and it would cost over a hundred dollars. If you have a pet that needs grooming, these people are AMAZING with animals. I am impressed every single year. They handle my cats better than I can. She did not hiss, scratch, bite or cry - calm the entire time. I trust them. Highly recommended. Please tip if you can. They are worth it.

I have been bringing my three fur-babies to Dale's for a very long time. They always look great after their appointments. Dale is very reasonably priced and very accommodating. I don't want to take my pooches anywhere else for grooming. Dale is the best!

We brought both our Maltese mixed puppies (1year old) on two separate occasions. She did an amazing job and both dogs look great. You have a new customer willing to travel far for such great service.

New puppy only needed a bath, ears cleaned, nails and a trim shape up basic services. Read all the reviews for this groomer and made an appointment. I was told to bring my pup anytime between 8:00 am and 10:00 am, I dropped him off at 9:00. I was told that they would text when he was ready around noon, no text so I headed over around 1:00 they texted a little after 1:00. He was there from 9:00 to 1:00 pm way too long locked in a crate. When they brought him to me they did not blow off the hair which was all over me, asked about his ears never cleaned, cleaned while I was holding him, nails were ragged, did not trim the butt, did not appear to have been bathed and the most disturbing was his waving hair hacked cut LITERALLY like some one was practicing with clippers. Thank you for being flexible with scheduling on the same day for my senior kitty that was suffering a lot from matted fur. Service was super fast, liked that the groomer understood that cats had limited patience for shavers. She's a lioness now! She's crying less these days. :) Thank you.
