Ross was amazing! When I was checking out, he let me know there might be a coupon I might be able to apply to the order. I already had the Petsmart app installed. He guided me to clipping my coupon in the the app and saved me some $! Above and beyond! Will check the app regularly now. Thank you brother! 🥳

Store associate Alex is beyond helpful and just an awesome human being. He helped our party with aquatic frogs, ghost shrimp, two reptiles and everything they needed for their habitats/food. He was kind and knowledgeable about everything we needed. Thank you Alex for your A+ customer service buddy. Because of you, we will always be returning customers.

The young man who works in the aquatic department is stellar. He gets allllll the stars for his patience, friendliness, knowledge and assistance. The front staff are lovely as well. But zero stars for the customers who let their dogs poo wherever they want in the parking lot. Thank you. I exited my car and immediately stepped in your dog's pile. I bought a beta today at noon, 1/18/26 at the sleeter Kinney location. I noticed the water was old and cloudy (was not changed in 3 days) so I asked an employee for help to change it and short of saying no, she gave me every excuse as to why it’s not necessary. “I got a task going on now so I might take a while for me to change the water, it really depends”. And on and on and one… Normally I would have been patient and ok to wait but with that attitude, I did not even trust her to do the job right. She was just so rude! The cashier tried her best to help us, but the other employee called to help change the water made it seem like I was inconveniencing her and that she was doing me a favor. Great experience with Alex! We had gone to the Petco on Martin and were treated horribly when my 11 year old daughter was picking out a fish and decided to go to PetSmart instead and it was a GREAT experience!
