I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so other pet owners and especially those with senior dogs are aware. I brought my 13 year old Shih Tzu here for grooming after seeing good photos and reviews online. The drop-off experience was pleasant, but when I picked her up, her eye was bloodshot red. I asked what had happened during the grooming and I was told “nothing” and that it was “just typical Shih Tzu stress” and would go away in a few days. It did not. Her eye became severely worse, crusted shut, and I had to take her to the vet three times that week. She was diagnosed with an eye ulcer and required medication and a cone for months. Thank you Kara!!! Ruff took great care of our dog. They were easy to get ahold of and our dog was happy and not stressed at all when we picked him up. I recommend the nose and paw balm if your pup gets keratin build up on their nose.

Andie is absolutely amazing! She takes such great care of my dogs and always does a fantastic job with grooming. My pups comes home looking clean, perfectly trimmed, and so happy every time. What really stands out is how patient and gentle she is, you can tell she truly loves what she does. She listens to exactly what I’m looking for and consistently exceeds expectations. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, skilled, and kind to care for your dog, Andie is the best. Highly recommend!

I love Ruff and Andie! It’s the only place we’ve ever taken our Goldendoodle because he’s so cared does. We’ve been given wonderful cuts and he always looks adorable. Even when he’s had an off day, Andie offered to clean up his face on a later date so he could see. Would highly recommend this groomer to anyone. We included before and after pics of his summer cut ☺️
