Hawks Prairie Veterinary Hospital

Been going here for years and recommend them to all my locals. The staff is amazing and very friendly. I first came here when I had to put my pup down after 18 years together and they were so supportive and I got her ashes and a little paw print that were so special to me. I then brought my two adopted cats then our recent adoptee dog. No complaints about the services and the pricing is quite comparable. I also love that they don’t push you and upsell you on products and services.

Nice facility and the staff are all wonderful! Very friendly, helpful and made the experience as stress free for my bun as could be. Took the time to answer all my questions without rushing through.

This only addresses the front office staff and office manager. Before the new year I was told they would call in the rx for my dogs ahead of the fireworks it never happened. Needless to say we got through it, it was rough but we got through it. A week ago I call back and ask for the rx to be sent again at that time I was told they are no longer allowed to send in an rx that it has to be picked up. I said why was I told it would be called in then TWICE I WAS TOLD THIS! A pathetic apology was given saying this is the call from corporate. So I waited for them to tell me when the rx would be ready they called me 1 hour before closing to let me know it was ready for pick up. I live 30 min without traffic from the office. Which if there was a light bulb on they could see that in my chart but I g

It's a bit pricey here like any other vet really but they took good care of my fur babies. Just wish it wasn't an arm and a leg for shots. I wish people did their jobs right and helped others because they love to do it instead of making money. I know that sounds stupid but I believe in a better world, we would help each other out cause of the kindness of our hearts rather then making the devils lettuce to stay afloat in life.

Hawks prairie vet was a very nice veterinarian place. The staff was very friendly and treated Ruby as if she was family(and that’s how we like it) we are very very much dog/animal folk and to know that our lil pup was in great care put ease in our thoughts after dropping her off for surgery! Dr Jensen and her very nice assistant were amazing!! Ruby is still healing from her cherry eye surgery but her eyes look amazing!! Thank you Dr Jensen and assistant! Thank you Hawks Prairie!!!
