My baby Pepper loves this store!! Every location is clean and friendly staffed. But the location in New Bern NC has the very best staff along with the Jacksonville NC .
Got tropical fish for my aquarium. Staff was very helpful and eager to help. I've had the fish for a couple of weeks now anf they're doing well!
Angie is amazing! We’ve been coming here since March to have our boy groomed with her and he comes home smelling and feeling amazing every time! Angie makes Mikey feel comfortable throughout the whole grooming process and it makes my heart so happy to know he’s being taken care of!
This is absolutely disgusting I was here earlier today and saw this poor fish’s fins weren’t just clamped but broken hanging off he couldn’t keep himself floating and would sink immediately barely any movement do better honestly this is abuse.
The employees at this PetSmart are always amazing. I will return every time. Plus they don’t mind when I come in to just look at the kitties.
