They have one employee that is great but I don't know her name. No one else there has been friendly and only the one seemed to be knowledgeable about fish or setting up a new aquarium.

I would love to give them 5 stars, but everytime I come in to get fish, I always have to find someone to wait on me. Then I have to continue to wait before someone actually comes back there

Liberal CSRs at checkout is not a good look. The skinny white one with the glasses should attempt to bag the purchase, especially with 2 inches of ice in the parking lot. Do better.

I dont know who hired the ashley woman but she is not good at her job. Apparently shes new and a supervisor but that place is chaos on any given day ive walked in. She is so rude and inconsiderate towards the employees especially the grooming employees when ive been back n forth with dogs. Snobby commentary, lack of support for other staff directly asking her to help them, poor communication skills and thats just in front of customers so i cant imagine how she treats the people under her when no one is watching. Couldnt imagine dealing with all that tbh
